The Company is the leading provider of Cloud Contact Center and Customer Experience (CX) solutions in Southern Africa, implementing some of the most advanced technology within the industry to an exciting customer base.

The Role

The Company is seeking to appoint a talented, experienced, and committed CX Software Engineer to join their Professional Services team to build and support CX applications for customers. This role will participate in the design, development, testing, and support of the Contact Centre and CX application and ensure the successful delivery of business solutions.

This role has become available due to the continuing growth of the company.

Experience

• 1-2 years of experience building, developing, and deploying applications

• Expertise in implementing coding best practices and guidelines

• 1-2 years of programming experience in Python

• 1-2 years’ experience with programming and markup languages such as JavaScript, XML, HTML and CSS

• 1-2 years’ experience of relational databases eg. SQL, PostgreSQL (qualifications advantageous)

• 1-2 years doing integration with third-party systems using APIs

• In-depth understanding of the Odoo framework, including its architecture, modules, and ORM (Object-Relational Mapping) is advantageous

• Previous experience with CRM or ERP systems advantageous

• Ability to quickly solve software development issues.

• Proficiency in using version control systems like Git for collaborative development and code management
