Data Analyst

The Company 

A fibre network operator that constructs, possesses, and manages an open-access network, specializing in fibre to the home. They collaborate with internet service providers to deliver high-speed, top-tier broadband connectivity to residences. The Role

• Extracting data from diverse sources.
• Identifying, analyzing, and interpreting trends or patterns in complex data sets.
• Analyzing data to discover business opportunities and areas for improvement.
• Using statistical tools to interpret data sets and derive actionable insights.
• Developing and maintaining regular performance reports.
• Collaborating with the Team Lead and Business Analyst to meet specific business requirements.
• Working closely with other departments to understand data sources and gather additional data when necessary. 
• Creating preliminary visual representations of data, subject to refinement by the Data Visualization Specialist.
• Presenting findings in a clear and concise manner to non-technical stakeholders.

Experience 

• Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Business or related field. 
• 2 years of experience in data analysis.
• Python for data manipulation and analysis.
• SQL for querying databases effectively.
• Tableau, Looker or Qlik.
• MS Excel.
• Experience in a B2B2C environment is advantageous.
