A leader in AI-powered proposal management and RFP response software, is looking for a highly talented Product Manager to join their team in Cape Town, South Africa. This company empowers business development, sales, marketing, and proposal teams to collaborate seamlessly, optimizing billable hours and increasing client wins. They are passionate about delivering innovative solutions that automate the creation of personalized pitches, presentations, proposals, and RFP responses.
The Role
As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for leading the development and execution of product features as part of the company's roadmap. You will work closely with cross-functional teams in the United States and South Africa to define and prioritize product features, gather user feedback, write engineering specifications, and ensure the successful delivery of features that drive business objectives. Your role will involve engaging with customer-facing teams, marketing, sales, and engineering to ensure alignment and successful product launches.
Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field.

Minimum of 5 years' experience on a product team, preferably in the software industry.

Experience working with globally dispersed teams.

Knowledge of SharePoint and Microsoft Office is a plus.

Familiarity with Aha!, Balsamiq, Celoxis, and Azure DevOps is a plus.

B2B Software as a Service (SaaS) industry experience is a plus.
