The Role

In this role, the individual will be entrusted with a wide-ranging set of KPIs that encapsulate their responsibilities. This includes crafting top-tier solutions characterized by quality, consistency, and adherence to best practices, encompassing OOP, TDD, BDD, FDD, SDLC, Coding Standards, Peer Review, and Continuous Integration. They will also engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, proposing and executing effective business and technical goals. Anticipating future requirements and building scalable software solutions is pivotal.
