They continue to actively support these products from an engineering and product design perspective. The Company is lean in the context of size but aligns operations to the principles of lean manufacturing.

Experience

● 10+ years of web development experience

● You have played a significant role in developing a complex web-based application, where you have had to account for the scalability, reliability, usability, security and performance of the application.

● Experience working with front and back-end web technologies.

● JavaScript/TypeScript - used extensively in the context of SPA frameworks and back-end NodeJS API’s and services. From a front-end perspective, VueJS, React and/or React Native experience would be useful here.

● Ruby on Rails - Keen interest or experience with RoR would be a huge bonus. The Company is using Rails on a number of projects and are keen on finding someone who is intrigued/curious to learn (or has experience with) Rails.

● C# (.NET Core, .NET 8.0+) - used mainly for back-end API’s or services where performance is critical.

● MySQL or any other relational database service where you’ve worked beyond just querying a database, and have had to consider concurrency, scalability etc.

● Redis

● RabbitMQ for real-time messaging.

● Git

● TDD - experience writing and maintaining unit and integration tests is important

● Docker - experience using Docker would be useful
