The Role

The Software Development Team Leader assumes responsibility and accountability for systems development and maintenance across all entities within the Holdings Group. This encompasses architectural design, development, testing, and deployment, as well as support and maintenance of all custom-written applications and other software solutions.

Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• 8 years of experience as a software developer.
• 3 years of experience as a Team Lead.
• Strong experience with ASP.NET Web Forms.
• Strong experience with Microsoft SQL.
• Experience in developing, testing, deploying, supporting, and maintaining custom-written applications and software.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Desire to learn and stay up to date with new technologies and development practices.
