UI/UX Designer

The Role 

• Collaborate closely with product manager, scrum master & developers to translate user needs and business goals into clear and concise UI/UX designs.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to understand user pain points and inform design decisions.
• Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes that effectively communicate design concepts.
• Ensure designs adhere to accessibility best practices.
• Assist in feature scoping.

Experience

• 4 years of experience as a UI/UX Designer or a similar role.
• Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of user interface designs.
• Proficiency in design software (Figma, Sketch or Adobe XD).
• Ability to translate complex ideas into clear and concise designs.
• Strong knowledge of B2B applications.
• HTML, CSS and JavaScript are highly advantageous.
