As a UI/UX Designer, you will play a crucial role in designing user-centric solutions for web and mobile platforms, ensuring that all designs align with the company’s branding and user experience objectives. You will work closely with project teams to create innovative and visually appealing design solutions and ensure smooth implementation of your designs. Requirements

• Experience: Proven experience creating design solutions for digital products or services, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
• Design Tools: Expertise in industry-standard design software (Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, InVision, etc.).
• Design Thinking: Highly conceptual thinking in both visual and interactive design, with an understanding of front-end development principles.
• Research: Experience conducting evaluative research to validate and improve design solutions.
• Collaboration: Strong ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team, particularly in an agile/scrum setup.
• Innovation: A creative mindset with the ability to challenge the norm and continuously propose new ideas to improve design solutions.
